Annual Awards Evening - 58 members and friends attended our annual awards dinner and presentation evening at The Moorings Hotel this week-end. Many thanks to Carly and Shirley for organising a good evening that was enjoyed by all. Please see results page to see the winners of the 2011 Annual awards

SJ Instruction at JRC Field - whilst we still have our showjumps out, we have planned some jumping instruction at the JRC field. Please see diary of events for more info

Cross Country - we have now concluded our JRC cross country season. On behalf of the members, a huge thank you to the Arthur family, Jersey Royal and neighbouring farmers for the use of the land. Another huge thank you to our hardworking course builders who presented us with some great courses this season
JDH Cross Country - 28th February - we are delighted to share our cross country course with the Jersey Drag Hunt and support their fundraising endeavours. We are most grateful to the Arthur family, Jersey Royal and neighbouring farmers for the generous use of their land this winter. We would ask members to kindly note however that this event is organised by the Jersey Drag Hunt and, for the purposes of insurance, is not a JRC event. Please see diary of events for schedule.

2011 Test Passes and 2012 Training- see Club Activities
Inter Insular - The date change of our annual show has had a knock-on effect on the 2011 Inter-Insular which was scheduled to take place in Guernsey. The Guernsey Riding & Hunt Club generously allowed us to use the originally agreed date for our Show and, as they are working on their grounds, it is likely that we will re-schedule this for early 2012.
Annual Show- Many thanks to all competitors, sponsors, helpers and hardworking committee members for a terrific (if somewhat delayed) annual show. Great weather, courses and competitions - Overall trophy winners to be announced shortly.

Equine Passports
We have received the attached information from the States Veterinary Department regarding equine passports. To comply with European Union Law, if you take your horse out of the Channel Islands, other than to the UK, Section IX (introduced after 28 February 2005) must be present. If you have any queries, please see the guidance notes for the import and export of horses and ponies on the States of Jersey Website:
